These Terms govern your access to and use of TROVE (the "Service"), an online platform that connects task posters with users who complete social media engagement tasks in exchange for USDT rewards. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country of residence. The Service is not intended for, and may not be used by, residents of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.
You are limited to one account per person. You must provide accurate and current registration information, including a valid email address, and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Creating duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, or impersonating another person will result in termination and forfeiture of any pending rewards.
Tasks are listed by TROVE on behalf of third-party posters. By claiming a task you agree to attempt completion within the stated time limit and according to the listed steps and requirements.
Reward eligibility is determined by TROVE in its sole discretion, based on the proof you submit (URL of your post and/or screenshot) and the listed requirements. Rewards approved are credited to your in-platform balance in USDT.
Rewards are NOT wages, salary, or employment compensation. No employment relationship is created by participation. You are solely responsible for any taxes applicable to rewards you receive.
You agree not to: (a) submit fabricated, edited, or recycled proof of task completion; (b) operate multiple accounts or coordinate with others to manipulate task outcomes; (c) use automated tools, bots, or scraping against the Service; (d) interfere with the Service's security, infrastructure, or other users; (e) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any unpaid balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.
You may request withdrawal of your USDT balance to a TRC20 wallet address you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the address. Funds sent to an incorrect address cannot be recovered by TROVE.
Withdrawals are processed manually and typically reviewed within 24–72 hours. TROVE may delay or deny a withdrawal if fraud, manipulation, or violation of these Terms is suspected, pending investigation.
Network fees may apply and are deducted from the withdrawal amount.
TROVE and its design, source code, and branding are owned by TROVE and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Content submitted by you (screenshots, URLs, notes) remains your property; you grant TROVE a non-exclusive license to use such content for the purpose of reviewing task completion and operating the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. TROVE does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation, nor that any particular task or reward will be available.
TROVE is not affiliated with Twitter / X, TikTok, or any other social platform whose content may be referenced in tasks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TROVE's total liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount of rewards credited to your account in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.
TROVE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. TROVE may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraud, or any other reason at its sole discretion.
Upon termination, any unverified or pending rewards may be forfeited.
TROVE may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
